Abysmal
"I ordered a simple £7+ antenna for a VHF handheld radio and paid a further £7+ for postage. The courier company changed my address which I managed to correct before delivery. On opening the package I found Cobra had sent a radar detector instead of the antenna. I wasted another day waiting for their courier to collect the incorrect item. Its now 2 weeks since I placed my order and I still have not recieved the item I ordered."
